Brooks and Dunn - It's been a hell of a ride -

Ronnie Dunn was a little under the weather....cut one song short, was MIA for about 20 minutes...but it was still a good concert. The best country music duo out there. Had a great time with my Husband, Sister, Jon, Natasha and Willy :)

Syntax process

So our first assignment for my typography class is taking your initials and making it work with the postivie and negative space, size, structure and also decide if you want to use serif or san serif fonts...wow, lots to take into consideration! We had to come up with 10 thumbnails to work with....and I've come to the conclusion I'm not loving my initials. Think about it....K and C, they look the same whether they are lower case or captial, can't really intertwine them into eachother..well here's what I've come up with. As the semester begins I will be butterflying into a typography nerd...and so will you! :)
Alright, well stand by and I'll figure out how to post illustrator files to me blog.

Well Husband is out of town for the week, ran off to Georgia will the Grandparents since he can't work all week from a nasty cold. But me, I'm glad to be home, cozy in my bed with a good cup of joe, the twilight series, Days of Our Lives, The Doctors, Oprah, the Bachelor tonight and whatever else comes my way. I might face the freezing temperatures today and travel to Michaels to get a few stamps to try out my embossing gun...we'll see if that actually happens. hehe. So I'll just soak up the warmth of my bed allll to myself for the time being and enjoy the boob tube! Life is goooooood.

Just when you think your getting your credit cards paid off...you have to pile on another $303.64. Ugh, gotta love going to school and paying out of pocket.
