I'm soooo cold!

How did I EVER live in Wisconsin for 21 years of my life!???? Seriously I literally froze today...not just a little cold, but every inch of me was purple from being frozen. Not cool. Not cool AT ALL! You def get acustome to the beautiful Florida rays. I love Florida and could and would never go back to dairy land. I have to put up with this for the whole rest of the week, and I only have one sweater to wear to work and I wore it today! What's a girl going to do??? Maybe I just need to tell them I have to stay home cause I dont have anything warm to wear....will that go over well??? It's been just over 4 years since I've joined the BBB team. Good thing I like it there cause it seems that's where I'll be for some time now....yeah, so I just found out today that all the classes I wanted to sign up for for next semester are only available next fall. How much does that suck?? Just when you think your almost done, you hit a bump in the road. I can only take 2 classes next semester which leaves me haveing to cram in 6-7 classes next fall. Who wants to do that?? Yeah no me. I don't know that there is anything else I can do to move forward faster. Why dont they tell you these things before you register. I think that meeting with a counsler should be mandatory or else your going to end up like me. This makes me soooo mad I can'd even begin to tell you. I'm pretty much on hold now for a year. This sucks.

I know, I know. Its been forever since I've posted anything. So I thought I would entertain you all once again with my boring life. Lets see...Its almost halloween and too bad I have to work because Shannon is having this big halloween bash that I would have like to have gone too...eeh.

It gets pretty lonely around here with James working the grave yard shift and it sucks cause we can never go and do anything. He's off Friday and Saturdays but I always have to work friday night and have been working a lot of saturdays too. We like to sleep a lot so if we're not working or if Im not at school you can bet I'm napping.

I can't believe we only have about 5 weeks left of the semester, it always goes by soooo fast. I'm excited for it to be over tho so I can start the next semester and be one step closer to graduation.....which seems like forever away.

Have I told you that I can't wait to buy a house!? I just want my own place, my own space where I can decorate and have a scrapbook room and storage and a bigger bedroom and closet....the many wishes of a female. Love Jon to death, but I can't wait to get away from him too. I'm tired of cleaning after both of the boys. And I don't really like the late night sex sessions that Jon brings home....haha.

Curses!!

So, the alarm buzzes at 7 'clock this morning, but I snooze about 3 times before I actually get up at about 7:20. To the shower I go, I do my thing get out, towel off and begin the getting ready process. Now mind you, I HATE mornings, I would so rather sleep until noon everyday that I can. As I'm gettting ready Jon comes back home from work to rise Susie out of a dead sleep. "Get up we have to go fix the buggy he yells!" Oh boy, here we go. So now Susie is going to have to get in the bathroom to get ready too, so I take 'all' my stuff into the bedroom to finish while she still lays in bed. (I HATE having one bathroom!) Shortly after she does get up as Jon is honking the horn out in the driveway. About 2 minutes later the door slams and Susie is gone. Back to the bathroom with 'all' my stuff. I finish getting ready, throw some coffee in the machine and brew me a fresh cup to go, hop in the car and I'm off. But now it's about 8:10 and class starts at 9-sharp. I HATE driving during this time of the day, you have 'everyone' on their way to work and there are about 3 school crossings where you can only go 20mph, don't go a step faster or the motorcycle cops will be at your side in a split second. Stop and go, stop and go traffic for about the next 10 minutes...arg! Then I go to change lanes and this lady totally wants to get in the same lane as me at the same time! So I get back over and she gives me 'the look' like it's my fault. Listen lady....so I point in front of her cause now she's about to hit the car inf ront of her....ha, maybe SHE needs to watch the road. Take that! So finall I get through the 20mph zones and I get behing the SCAT bus. Oh here we go, I try everything I can to get in the other lane but the cars in the 'fast lane' are going the same speed as the bus. Don't you HATE that?? Finally the SCAT bus comes to a screaching hault and I'm finally able to jump to the other lane. Finally about 20 minutes later I arrive on campus. I circled the parking lot to find the spot closest to the door as we all do, and not to my suprise there isn't one, sure enough I have to park forever away. Once in the buliding I venture up the flight of stairs when I could have taken the elevator, but the power goes out so often here in FL who wants to get stuck in one of those?? I'll setttle for the stairs. I round the bend to find the classroom door labeled photography all locked down and dark, and a girl sitting on the floor to the right of me. Hmm....I say and the first thing you wonder is....do we have class today?? I've had this teacher before and he is never late. So we wait and we wait as more and more students show up we wait somemore....Now we're all thinking what the rule of thumb is when a teacher doesn't show up...do we wait 10...15...20 minutes. I thought 15. We wait some longer.....Finally after 15 minutes the first student leaves....then 5 minutes later 2 more leave....then finally at 9:30 this girl and I leave....still wondering where our teacher is.....I walk the 3 miles back to my car and head back home only to find an e-mail in my box saying that class is canceled today the teacher is sick!
Are you kidding, I just spend 45 minutes driving here for nothing now I have to drive 45 minutes back.....oh heeeeeell no.
I went back to bed unti I had to work.

first week of school

Week one is over and it's looking good. Photography is going to be a BLAST as it usually is, Mass Communications is going to be 3 hours of conversing over whatever is in the media, and graphic design basics is going to put my little creative brain to work. Our first assignment is to re-create a magazine ad. I freaked out tho when I walked into the classroom and there wasn't a single computer in the room....eep...only desks that look like they are for drawing... holy crap, I'm doomed again. Shoot! Well all is fine and dandy now because we can either draw our assignments or we can use the computer to do our work for us. All I was thinking is 'jackpot'. There is no way that I would be able to draw for another semester, lord knows that I'm not an artist...hints the self portraits I had to draw and paint....TWICE!!!!

So, that's that. Looks like it will be a great semester, which is good cause I'm finally getting into the fun stuff. :)

I like my new roomie

Pretty boring hurricane day. No school, no work and I didn't do a thing today. Suzie and I went to the store today and cooked dinner for our boys, but that's about it. Suzie is Jons girlfriend who's just moved into our house. I was a little unsure about it at first, but it's ok. Someone else to cook and clean, and pay the bills who can complain with that? But one bathroom for 4 people might be tough. I hope we don't all have to be somewhere at the same time, that could cause a problem. I think we'll get along tho, she seems like a pretty easy going person.
So the first day of school was canceled due to the storm so my first class this week is Friday morning. My photography class, I'd better get working on getting me a new camera soon!
Dylan started his first day of school too and had a blast. He is growing up sooooo fast. :(

Well my sister-in-law is expecting....
A girl at work is due in a few weeks.....
Some poeple 'look' like their prego but really not...I don't think anyway....
Well you guessed wrong, I'm not with baby, no bun in the oven for me.
So when is a good time to have children??
If it were up to my mom and James' granny, we'd already have them.
My mom keeps saying...'ya know, you should think about kids soon'.
